Commitment to a shared vision or goal; open and honest communication; mutual respect and trust; most would agree that these are all qualities and characteristics of an effective team – but what if team members are new – what leadership style is needed?

By the end of this workshop, you will have to ability to:

• Understand the definition and elements of an effective team
• Apply the P.A.C.T. Principles of Teamwork in your current life
• Acknowledge that you have many skills, strengths and qualities that you can bring to any team you are in
