Leadership has been described as "evolving self-discovery" – we learn leadership through experience, feedback, reflection, role models, theory and discovering our passions and goals.
Within this session, leadership will be explored as a capacity that all members within a group possess.
By the end of this workshop, you will have the ability to:
- Understand the Principles of Leadership and how they guide your behavior and actions
- Identify different theories of leadership and how they have evolved over time
- Define what leadership means to you, and understand how connecting your passions and goals will help fulfill your leadership vision
