Student Leadership Program - Principles of Leadership

Leadership has been described as 'evolving self-discovery' – we learn leadership through experience, feedback, reflection, role models, theory and discovering our passions and goals. Within this session, leadership will be explored as a capacity that all members within a group possess.

By the end of this workshop, you will have the ability to:

• Understand the Principles of Leadership and how they guide your behavior and actions
• Identify different theories of leadership and how they have evolved over time
• Define what leadership means to you, and understand how connecting your passions and goals will help fulfill your leadership vision
