Understanding and developing intercultural competence

Attend this this workshop to experience, understand and develop intercultural competence. You'll learn to:

• Recognize the importance and role of self-awareness to understand and appreciate other perspectives
• Use your expanded knowledge to understand how culture influences all your interactions
• Utilize strategies to communicate more successfully across cultures, to deal with bias and stereotypes, and to continue developing your intercultural competencies
