Did you know that taking a break to move and play can help your academic life, social skills and mental wellbeing? This session will walk you through ways to play on campus (literally and virtually), tips to incorporate movement into your day, and resources to help you get started. You will also be introduced to Move Your Mind, a peer-to-peer program that uses physical activity to support mental health and connects participants with a buddy to help with motivation and accountability.
