Scam alert - Canada Revenue Agency phone scam

Please be aware of an ongoing phone scam targeting Canadians and international students. Across Canada, people are receiving phone calls from individuals claiming to be from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). These callers threaten to have students arrested or fired from a job if they do not give them money for unpaid income or immigration taxes. They may also transfer the phone call to individuals they claim are colleagues at the CRA, or police officers, who will also try and convince students to send money to avoid being arrested.

Fall Break 2018 details

No classes on October 8-10. October 11 classes follow a Tuesday schedule. October 12 classes follow a Wednesday schedule.

The first holiday of the term is Thanksgiving; Monday, October 8. There are also no classes on Tuesday, October 9 and Wednesday, October 10 for Fall Break Study Days. Students should be back on campus for classes on Thursday, October 11 – following the Tuesday class schedule - and on Friday, October 12 – following the Wednesday class schedule.
