Making a contribution to your campus and community is a great way to connect with others that share your interests, make new friends, develop useful skills, and most importantly, have fun. You can find a few events in the Student Life Centre in September that will help you learn about potential opportunities to get involved.

Feds Get Involved Fair

Monday September 17, 2012 11am-2pm
Student Life Centre, Great Hall

Explore the many volunteer opportunities available through the Federation of Students, meet current volunteers, and ask questions. Learn how you can get involved, build your resume and make a valuable contribution to your peer community. 

Co-operative Education & Career Services Volunteer/Internship fair

Wednesday September 19, 2012 11am-2:30pm
Student Life Centre, Great Hall

Come out and speak to representatives from a variety of agencies to find out about available volunteer opportunities. Gain experience and learn new skills working with children, youth, and seniors, or connect with the community by contributing to arts programming or various health services.

Feds Clubs, Services, and Societies Days

September 20 and 21, 2012 from 11am-2pm
Student Life Centre, Great Hall

Dragon boating, horseback riding, chess, and anime are just a few of the interests and activities of the student-run clubs at Waterloo. This event brings all of these clubs together so you can learn about each one.
