Peer Success Coach (Fall 2017)
Peer Success Coaches (PSC’s) will deliver a variety of study skills workshops throughout the term to various sized audiences of UWaterloo students. They will also be scheduled for regular times each week to meet with students one-on-one. PSC’s will offer assistance on concerns surrounding study strategies, time management, note taking, reading skills, and test preparation and anxiety. Each PSC will use their own personal and academic experiences to assist students in academic skill building. They are upper year students from a variety of faculties and student populations (e.g. graduate students, transfer students, student-athletes) and they share they use their experiences to support the professional development of the team as well.
