Collaborative Water Program
Fred recently finished his MASc with Professor Nandita Basu as well as his BASc in environmental engineering from Waterloo. Since he enjoyed it here so much, he decided to stay a couple more years to get his PhD! His research will explore the biogeochemistry in reactive interfaces in the landscape (such as riparian zones, the unsaturated zone, wetlands, etc.) and look at ways to upscale lab and field results to watershed models. Fred is primarily responsible for managing emails, website, and social media for Students of the Water Institute Graduate Section (SWIGS) as Vice Chair Operations. If you have suggestions for the website, are interested in receiving email updates for SWIGS events, or want to write a guest blog on the website, contact Fred at firstname.lastname@example.org!
