DESCRIPTION:Join UWaterloo’s Black Student Support Counsellor for _Unpack
 ing\nRacial Trauma_\, a grounding and empowering session led by the Equity
 \,\nDiversity\, and Inclusion Office’s Jennisha Wilson. This workshop\nc
 reates a supportive space for Black students to explore the\nemotional\, p
 sychological\, and physical impacts of racial trauma\, while\ndeepening th
 eir understanding of how these experiences shape identity\,\nwell-being\, 
 and community connections. Through guided reflection\,\ndiscussion\, and p
 ractical strategies for healing\, students will have\nthe opportunity to n
 ame their experiences\, strengthen resilience\, and\nlearn tools for navig
 ating academic and personal environments with\ngreater care and self-compa
 ssion.
