With warmer weather here for the rest of the summer, many are starting to tune-up their bikes and hit the road to get to school or work! It’s no surprise that people opt for biking to school or work as it can be more cost-effective, healthy, and environmentally-friendly.

Shifting Gears: Cycling is changing

Commuting to campus on my bike is unglamorous common sense. Parking is free, and it turns the road rage of rush hour driving into joy. Cycling also makes me feel fast and powerful – not everyday feelings for many women.  With all of these benefits, it's certainly worth a try!
