At this meeting, attendees will reflect on the newly developed 2014 Sustainability Report to begin developing impact-focused projects and objectives in our operational areas. These would include:
- Energy consumption
- Climate change
- Water use
- Waste
- Transportation
- Food
- Grounds
- Purchasing
Participants
will
be
encouraged
to
use
a
SWOT
analysis
for
each
project
or
outcome
within
their
scope
to
being
evaluating
feasibility
and
identifying
barriers.
Outcomes
will
be
expanded
upon
and
prioritized
in
future
meetings
and
as
part
of
the
process
to
develop
a
goal-focused
sustainability
strategy.
Although
this
session
is
geared
towards
members
of
the
University's
operational
departments,
all
are
welcome to
attend.
