
Chloe supports the coordination, development, and implementation of campus sustainability initiatives aligned with the University's Environmental Sustainability Strategy. In her role, she contributes to projects that advance goals related to energy, climate, waste, water, sustainable transportation, and food systems. She supports initiatives such as the Free Store, pollinator gardens, invasive species management, and naturalization projects.
Chloe is a 4A Honours Environment, Resources, and Sustainability co-op student at the University of Waterloo (UW). Her academic foundation is rooted in ecological sustainability, focusing on climate change, natural resource management, and ecological restoration. Professionally, Chloe brings experience from her work in the Ecology Lab at the University of Waterloo, where she supported hands-on learning through course labs, environmental data analysis, calibrating and demonstrating field equipment, and facilitating workshops. She is certified in Ontario Benthos Biomonitoring Network (OBBN) and has received Ecological Land Classification (ELC) training. She also contributed to the UW Entomology Club as a Research Executive and supported food security initiatives at McQuesten Urban Farm in Hamilton, Ontario.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys hiking, kayaking, painting, and spending time with her cat, Sophie. Passionate about creating tangible environmental change, Chloe is excited to contribute to a more sustainable campus and community, and engage with students meaningfully.
