DESCRIPTION:The 3MT is a university-wide competition for research-based mas
 ter’s\nthesis and doctoral students.  As a competitor\, they will have 
 1\nslide and 3 minutes to explain their research to a non-specialist\naudi
 ence.\n\nThis year we will be running our own department-level heat on Feb
 ruary\n10th at 1:30 pm in E5-6004 with prizes and a winner moving on to th
 e\nuniversity-wide competition.
