Quest account reset request

If you are unable to log in to your WatIAM/Quest account complete the Forgotten username and/or Forgotten password self-serve forms.

Still having trouble accessing your account? Connect with Service Desk to reset your password manually.

Please note that Quest is only available for students that have been enrolled in at least one term since September, 2001. However, we can still reset your WatIAM account regardless of when you were enrolled.

 

You must sign up for Two-factor authentication (2FA) to gain access to Quest, WatIAM and if you are not, you will see the error message below. Learn how to sign up on the 2FA website.
