Box Office

The Box Office is open Monday to Friday, from 12 noon to 5pm and one hour prior to most ticketed event (for ticket sales for that event only).

We accept: Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, & American Express.

• Our Remote Box Office (when at a venue outside of Hagey Hall) accepts cash, debit, MasterCard, and Visa.
• Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
• For ticketed events, persons older than 18 months require a ticket to enter the theatre.
• Only paid ticket orders are taken over the phone. All telephone orders are subject to a Phone Order Fee. The current per ticket telephone order fee is $1.13 ($1.00 + HST).
• All patron initiated online ticket purchases are subject to an Online Convenience Fee. The current per ticket convenience fee is $2.26 ($2.00 + HST).
• Tickets purchased in person at the Box Office are not subject to any additional fees.
