 munities—and for anyone wanting to better understand\nhow tenant associa
 tions are formed\, sustained\, and used to resist\ndisplacement. Join us f
 or a practical\, grounded workshop led by local\norganizers:\n\nMEG WALKER
  has been organizing in Waterloo Region for over a decade\naround housing
  and climate justice. She works with the Social\nDevelopment Centre’s Ev
 iction Prevention Team alongside tenants\nresisting mass evictions and dis
 placement.\n\nLYNN INTINI brings extensive experience supporting tenant o
 rganizing\nand community-led advocacy efforts\, with a focus on building\n
 collective capacity.\n\nTogether\, they will walk through: how tenant asso
 ciations get started\;\nwhat it takes to organize with neighbours\; common
  challenges and how\nto navigate them\; strategies for building collective
  power in the face\nof displacement.\n\nThis is a participatory session so
  please come with questions\,\nexperiences\, and a willingness to think to
 gether about what organizing\ncan look like where you are. We’ll end wit
 h time to connect\ninformally with others over light refreshments. We’re
