UW United Way has once again paired up with Thrive in their goal to build a culture of wellbeing and normalizing mental health struggles for Waterloo students and employees. In this session, join Sandra Gibson, Manager of Health Education and Promotion at the University of Waterloo for a guided yoga class in PAC Studio 1.
Enhance your wellness through light yoga, breathing, and centering. This yoga practice will benefit your physical and mental well-being and invite calmness and reduce stress.
All welcome; no experience required. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing!
