Join the UW United Way Campaign, alongside Chef Mark Meinzinger, Catering & Event Services Chef at the University of Waterloo as we learn how to make three delicious appetizers for this holiday season:
- Thai Lettuce Wraps
- Spanakopita
- Mushroom Ragu on Focaccia Bread

Cooking Show & Ingredients - $20.00
Registration closes on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 5:00pm. Individuals that have purchased the ingredients can pick up their package at Federation Hall on either Tuesday, November 29th from 2pm to 4pm or Wednesday, November 30th between 10am and 12pm. Please enter through the Main Entrance of Federation Hall and go to the Administration Office.
