Our venue

The University Club is a uniquely charming location for weddings, anniversary parties, birthdays, retirement celebrations, conferences and other special events. The entire Club can be reserved for your event, or we also offer two separate meeting rooms that comfortably accommodate smaller functions.

While this catering brochure outlines a wide variety of outstanding options, we are also happy to work with you to create a custom menu for your special event. Our culinary team has a reputation for some of the finest and most innovative cuisine ever offered at the Club.

The Club offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, great ambience, lounge space with bar, patio area, and much more. We are wheelchair accessible, offer on-site complimentary parking, and will assist you with your planning to ensure the success of your next event. Our main dining area is a well-lit, beautiful space with a connecting open floor area. It can accommodate approximately 280 reception-style or 100-120 banquet-style. Additionally, we offer two smaller private rooms: the Burgundy Room for up to 30 people and the West Wing for up to 20 people, in customizable set-ups.

Prices in effect until April 30th, 2018 and are subject to change. All bookings are subject to minimum charge (minimum charge excludes alcohol, room/rental fees, tax and gratuity).

A cancellation fee will apply if the event is cancelled within 10 working days prior to the event.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, menu changes may be required. The University Club will, in all instances, substitute a comparable or greater quality product that is consistent with the menu.

A guaranteed number of guests is required 5 working days prior to event.

Full payment is due the day of event (Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Debit or Watcard).
