Personal training of client.

This service includes a fitness consultation and program designed specifically for different individuals based on their unique fitness needs.

Personal training can be done on a one-on-one basis or in small group training sessions (including regular small group personal training sessions for University of Waterloo faculty and staff).

We pride ourselves on the certifications and education of all our staff. Whether you're looking for a  few sessions to get you started on a new training program to follow at your gym or in your home, or need continued monitoring, the staff at UW Fitness can help you reach your fitness goals.

How to register

If you are interested in signing up for personal training, complete the Client information for UW Fitness form. Once we receive this form, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for a consultation.
