We will be performing website maintenance between 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. on October 17. This maintenance will only affect add funds pages and WatCard account pages. In order to minimize potential issues we recommend that you do not log in to any of the account features during this time.
The WatCard Office will have a temporary location set up in South Campus Hall between October 2 - 20 to help facilitate the fall recarding effort. This location will only be setup to print cards for returning students who are yet to receive their first new WatCard, and it will not be setup to process lost cards, do value adds or address general WatCard issues. If you have already been issued a new WatCard and need another replacement you will have to go to our main customer service counter inside Campus Tech in the Student Life Center. If you are a student currently on a co-op term and can not make it into our customer service counter during regular business hours this temporary location will be open Monday to Thursday until 6 p.m..
Location: South Campus Hall, room 118 beside the bookstore (where textbook returns happen at the start of term).
