Merve Marcali has worked in Prof. Carolyn Ren’s group as a PhD candidate from 2016 to 2020. She received her MSc in Material Science and Nanotechnology Department from National Nanotechnology Research Center, Bilkent University, Ankara,Turkey (December 2015). She completed her BSc in Biomedical Engineering Department, Baskent University, Ankara, Turkey (June 2013). Her current project is related to influenza virus like particles formulation and detection using droplet based microfluidics.Her research interests are Droplet based microfluidics, Virology, Vaccines, Lab-on-a-chip, Biosensors.
