With over 250 clubs, there is something for everyone.
WUSA supports clubs dedicated to every interest and activity under the sun. Our clubs focus on hobbies, studies, cultures, charities, social movements, religion, and more!
Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association (WUSA) Clubs organize and facilitate over 2,000 events and meetups every term, providing tens of thousands of extra-curricular opportunities for Waterloo students.
Clubs Support Team
A group of dedicated undergraduate volunteers make everything possible.
They are available in person or on Facebook Messenger to help with all aspects of running your club, including event forms, best practices, food regulations, and club policies.
Come to the Clubs Community Centre, SLC 2139 weekdays 10am-3pm to ask questions.
For over 50 years we’ve been helping students connect and grow.
WUSA allots funds ($75) for each club to get a jump start each term.
The Clubs Community Centre is exclusively for clubs who need a space to host meetings/events. The Clubs Support Team makes sure clubs don’t get slowed down by paperwork. Our lockers allow clubs to build up recourses.
The Community Kitchen allows WUSA to offer discounted catering prices to clubs.
The WUSA Marketing and Communications department has free graphic design and marketing support for clubs. The Poster Run and printing services are discounted for clubs looking to get their message out to campus.
The IT department deploys Office 365 access for clubs so that your emails, documents, and websites will be secure. *
We work with the University to ensure clubs can book a wide selection of rooms on campus. Clubs also have access to the University's Audio/Video program.
We work with the Region of Waterloo to allow food at club events. Many student associations will not allow student groups to serve food.
We are in good hands—WUSA reviews all club activity to ensure coverage from our insurance plan.
If you have any questions or think we missed something here, please contact Student Engagement Director, Dave McDougall.
