Today’s organizations are working beyond a single team. Advances in technology are disrupting the market, globalization is forcing a new approach to working, and the teams of the future have never seen this level of diversity. Organizations need to equip their employees to quickly create cohesive teams that enable results. This course is designed for learners at all levels of an organization, offering powerful principles that empower people to reframe what it means to work together.

Built on Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this course uses the Five Behaviours Personal Development Profile® (produced by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.)

Note: This course requires the completion of an online questionnaire prior to the start date. Details, including a link to the questionnaire, will be emailed to registrants ahead of time.

This course can be applied to the Leadership Certificate.
