      • It's almost October. January is the start of migrating sites. How will the order of migration be decided? Yet to be completely determined. It will probably be based on 6th Decade Report. I.e., mission-critical sites first. Have your content ready.
      • Will re-directs be handled? Yes.
      • Are there central expectations? Focus on faculty and support sites first. Need to address multiple faculty sites.
      • Could research sites be added if time available? Perhaps.
      • For those migrating own site, can we migrate it right away? Discuss with the WCMS team and perhaps work something out.
      • Will the sites queue be displayed somewhere? This is being discussed.
      • ***Action item*** The Chair proposed that each constituency bring to the October meeting, a verbal report on the web activities in their area and where they are with their plans with the CMS.
    • Information architecture work update (Sarah)
      • see Information Architecture Updates slides (PDF)

        • Your list of categories. How's it going? A challenge; keywords and key subjects are still misunderstood; may have models/case studies to help re-structure and categorize as person updates the sites
