This week in Web Dev Rev notes: updated Drupal coding standards are under discussion; Google is working on scroll anchoring for Chrome, so your reading position isn't lost when new elements load in; a list of everything that can go into the <head> of a document; and finally, a flexbox patterns site which includes some things similar to what we've been working on recently.

After an unexpected week off last week, Web Dev Rev is back! With a 2 week gap, there were lots of notes: Drupal 8.1.0 was released, and with the release there were articles about the new BigPipe experimental module, the Migration update (link no longer available), and how Javascript Testing comes to Drupal 8; we looked at Drupal.org's new design system, an article about HTML and CSS comments, another way to learn Flexbox with a "game", Microsoft's CaptionBot (link no longer available), some layout demos featuring some newer CSS properties, and a debugging thought process from Remy Sharp. Finally, we looked at how there's a way to get an accessibility inspector in Chrome's developer tools, although the article failed to mention that you have to enable the ability to enable experiments in Chrome first.
