Web Resources Site Feedback - We'd love to hear from you!
Training and support resources are currently being updated and will be made available on an ongoing basis as WCMS 3 development continues. These resources may change or be updated as we receive testing feedback, but will include:
WCMS 3 migration remediation training is available for teams that choose to remediate their own migrated sites
Our team has created a brief demo video that showcases new features, including: log in instructions, roles, functionality, and more!
We've also provided a WCMS 2 vs. WCMS 3 comparison video using one of the small, simple sites recreated by our co-op students.
Take a look at our WCMS 3 for site maintainers YouTube playlist for these two videos - with more to come!
A virtual Drop-in lab is open every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 1-4 p.m. to provide WCMS content maintainers one-on-one website and training support. Please reach out to our WCMS support email with your question and links to the page you are working and we will be happy to connect.
Have a question about creating content on your site? Need some help as you work through a training course? Have a technical inquiry? Or just a general question?
Please reach out to our WCMS support email with any WCMS-related questions and our team will be happy to help!

The University of Waterloo acknowledges that much of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our main campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. Our active work toward reconciliation takes place across our campuses through research, learning, teaching, and community building, and is co-ordinated within our Office of Indigenous Relations.
