- update to use same source as "FDSU" sites for site footer logos

WCMS 3 Build-out Work:
- ship next release of WCMS 3
- begin update to Drupal 9
- add RSS feeds to content types that had them in WCMS 2
- remove non-admin access to direct menu editing
- investigate issue with many of the same media item on a single page not rendering correctly
- begin implementation of the Service content type
- Investigate scheduled publishing options
