- From the Administration bar, click My Workbench.
- Select the Create/Manage Content tab and select the content type in which you wish to use the Find and Replace feature.
- Select the Replace button in the toolbar.
- A Find and Replace box will appear. Select the Replace button.
- Add the content in the field box you wish to Find and Replace.
- Select Replace or Replace All.
- Click Save.
- Change the moderation state to Published and click Apply.
