Why should I attend Orientation?
During Waterloo Ready, we introduced you to your Peer Mentor for insider tips, helped you navigate LEARN (our online learning tool), and coached you through the steps you needed to take to becoming a successful UWaterloo student. Orientation is your opportunity to build further connections with your classmates and other UW students, be introduced to the unique traditions at Waterloo and your faculty, and to learn more about what Waterloo has to offer.
What is the schedule for Orientation?
Orientation will start on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 and continue through to September 7, 2020. Classes will begin on September 8, 2020. A schedule of events will be populated as more information is confirmed.
Full schedule details will be available in your Portal calendar once you've registered and event details are finalized in August.
