Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Psychology

University of Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA

The Wisdom and Culture Lab at the University of Waterloo, directed by Igor Grossmann, is seeking applications for a Post-Doctoral Research Associate, starting in Spring/Summer 2018. The postdoc is broken into two one year segments, with opportunity for renewal at one year mark assuming excellent performance.

A new review paper published by Dr. Grossmann, together with Dr. Michael Ross and Dr. Emily Schryer find no evidence that older adults are actually more vulnerable to fraud. See more under publications.

Research Awards!

This summer started with a few awards for research in the Wisdom & Culture lab. Initial research on wise reasoning received the 2013 Association of American Psychology Dissertation Award (Div 20: Psychology & Aging).

Alex Huynh received the 2013 Brendan Gail Rule Award from the Canadian Psychological Association.
