 ding\nstructural engineering solutions worldwide. She started her career a
 s\na building information modeller\, then moved into structural\nconsultin
 g\, designing a wide variety of institutional buildings\,\nincluding commu
 nity centers\, sports stadiums\, and educational\nbuildings. Elisabeth Pri
 nce is a polymer scientist. She joined the\nUniversity of Waterloo as an A
 ssistant Professor in January 2023. Her\nlab is building on her expertise 
 in polymer and materials science to\ndesign polymer networks for healthcar
