 he Women in Engineering Graduate committee is proud to present an\ninforma
 tion session on parental leave in grad school. The event will\ninclude inf
 ormation for both those interested in taking leaves\, and\nthose supportin
 g students and post-docs taking leaves\, like faculty\nmembers and researc
 h associates.\n\nA GSPA representative was invited to present university g
 uidance and\nresources available. Three other speakers will share their pe
 rsonal\nexperiences: a supervisor and two grad students\, one who took the
 \nleave and one who decided to not take it. Hear about what is expected\nf
 rom you\, where to find support\, and personal experiences of both\ntaking
  and returning from leave.\n\nBreakout roundtable discussions about naviga
 ting leaves as a future\nparent\, or as supervisor will provide an opportu
 nity for Q&A with our\nspecial guests.\n \nPARENTING IS NOT GENDER-EXCLUS
