 EA BROOKFIELD\n\nAndrea Brookfield is an Assistant Professor in the Earth 
 and\nEnvironmental Sciences Department at the University of Waterloo. Her\
 nresearch interests include the development and use of efficient yet\neffe
 ctive numerical tools for resource management. Primarily\, she\nstudies th
 e use of hydrological models to simulate flow and\ncontaminant transport\,
  including the thermal regime\, for prediction\,\nmanagement\, and process
  investigation.\n\nCHRISTINE MORESOLI\n\nChristine Moresoli is a Professor
  in the Department of Chemical\nEngineering at University of Waterloo sinc
 e 1998. Her research\ninterests are interdisciplinary and have focused on 
 food products\,\nfood processing and bioprocess engineering\, specifically
  the\nsustainability and development of plant-based food products\,\nbiopr
 oducts\, drinking water and protein membrane separation processes.\n\nVERO
 NIKA MAGDANZ\n\nVeronika Magdanz is currently Assistant Professor in the D
 epartment of\nSystems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo\, s
 upporting\nthe Biomedical Engineering program as a core member. Dr. Veroni
 ka\nMagdanz is developing wireless small scale magnetic robots for\nbiomed
 ical applications. One of the challenges for remotely controlled\nmicrorob
 ots is finding efficient power sources on the microscale.\nVeronika Magdan
 z uses different approaches spanning from biohybrid to\nmagnetic actuation
  to power these tiny machines.\n\nVALERIE WARD\n\nValerie Ward is an assis
 tant professor in the Chemical Engineering\nDepartment at the University o
 f Waterloo. Her primary focus is the use\nof microalgae\, metabolic engine
 ering\, and ionic liquid based\nseparations in biological systems.\n\nDate
