WiE Mini Hackathon

What's it all about?

Join our Mini-Hackathon! The point of this short hack is to practice iterating fast + rapid prototyping + learning how to work in a team under pressure + consuming lots of caffeine to get through it all. The scale and ideas would be smaller but you'll still go through all the steps of a full hackathon! Bonus- you don't need to have any prior experience- so if you've always wanted to learn, this is your chance!

When: Wednesday November 21
Time: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Where: Google Kitchener Office
Food: Snacks, dinner, and COFFEE for all hackers! 
Extra Perks: Connect with industry, develop new skills, and win prizes!
Winning Team: Each team member will get a prize valued at $300!

Okay, I'm in! What do I need to do? 

Sign up as an individual: To participate in the hackathon, you'll need to register yourself! Click the sign up button below and get it done!

Create your dream team: Grab 2 - 3 of your friends (max team size of 4). Sign-up as an individual but make sure you get all your teammates to sign-up too so we know how many participants are coming and can submit names to Google for visitor badges.

What if I don't have a team?
Don't worry, if you don't have a team, sign up as an individual anyway and we'll make sure you find an awesome team to join when you get to Google :)
