Job description

I help CIBC leaders make decisions about their people by giving them information on who their employees are, how they feel, and how well they are performing. With this type of information, leaders can decide how to hire the right people, keep their employees happy, and build the best jobs for their employees.

Real example

CIBC has more than 1,000 branches and 40,000 employees. Using data, our team can find the branches where employees need more help but to do their jobs, like needing a more experienced manager. This helps the company fix the problem, make their employees happier and provide better service to their customers.
