Convocation Information:

Deadlines for submission of Intention to Graduate forms to the Graduate Studies Office are:

Fall Convocation

Spring Convocation

August 1st     

December 1st
for students completing degree requirements late in the fall term

 

March 1st
for students completing degree requirements in the Winter term.

Note: If you have completed your program, or have submitted your Intention to Graduate in anticipation of completing, you must also complete and submit a Degree Completion Form to your Department.)
