Application Deadlines

Accepted candidates can enter the MEng program at the start of any one of our academic terms; Fall (beginning of September), Winter (beginning of January) or Spring (beginning of May). To be admitted at the start of any one of these terms, the prospective student must have submitted his/her application package by the following deadlines:

Desired Date of Admission  Complete Application Due Date
Fall Term (September)         August 1st (same year as admission date)
Winter Term (January)          December 1st (year prior to admission date)
Spring Term (May)  April 1st (same year as admission date)

Please note, this deadline is the date by which your application must be complete, not merely submitted.  Please make sure to allow enough time for postal delivery, to ensure your application arrives in our office prior to the deadline dates.  Should your application fail to arrive in our office before the cut-off date or if your application is incomplete, it may be considered for the following term.

Degree Requirements

The communication course can be waived at the discretion of the department. [A maximum of three 500-level courses may be counted for credit.]
