The University of Waterloo provides email and calendar services for staff, faculty, and graduate students. 

Current email environment

Faculty, staff, and graduate students are currently using Connect, a Microsoft Exchange-based system managed by IST. Visit the IST Knowledge Base for email and calendar support

Changes to email environment

Most Faculty and staff will be migrated to Office 365 email with a staged migration approach between June 2020 and March 2021. The migration of alumni and retiree accounts will be announced once confirmed.
