Instructor-moderated courses

These courses are for learners who prefer a structured learning pace with instructor support. Lessons are released on Wednesdays and Fridays of each week. You are not required to be online at any specific time.

  • Convenient, online, six-week courses that begin on a fixed-start date each month.
  • Interactive learning environment, featuring peer-to-peer and peer-to-instructor discussions.
  • Individual course details, syllabus, and requirements can be found on specific course pages.
  • Receive two weeks to complete an open-book, multiple choice, final exam. You need to achieve a minimum of 65 per cent to pass the course. There is only one opportunity to submit and pass the exam.
  • A certificate of completion from WatSPEED is available within four weeks of successful completion of each course and can be accessed in your student portal.

Self-guided courses

These courses are for learners who prefer to learn at their own pace and are comfortable with self-guidance. You will gain access to all course material, quizzes, and the final exam once your enrolment has been confirmed.

  • Quick self-study on demand.
  • Build skills or earn continuing education credits.
  • Start anytime and receive three months to complete your course requirements.
