Ken Stark is a Canada Research Chair in Nutritional Lipidomics and a professor in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. He received his BSc (Honours) from the University of Toronto and his PhD from the University of Guelph and he completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda Maryland. Professor Stark combines fundamentals of nutrition training with excellence and innovation in analytical chemistry in a world-class program in fatty acid and lipidomic analyses and blood biomarkers.
