This online expressive arts workshop explores what it means to carry yourself through changing inner and outer landscapes and how creativity can become something portable, adaptable and always available.
Rather than rooting into one inner “landscape,” we experiment with movement, transition and fragments: small creative practices that can travel with you through daily life. Through drawing, writing and simple embodied prompts, we explore how identity and imagination shift depending on context, mood, and environment.
Working from wherever you are, you’ll be guided through short, accessible creative processes that don’t require special materials or long periods of time, only attention and presence.
This is a workshop for times when life is full, scattered, transitional—or simply not conducive to long creative sessions, but creativity still insists on being present.
No experience needed—just curiosity and openness.
