Pursuing a Master of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, supervised by Prof. James Wallace. My current research explores on implementing advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) based topic modelling techniques such as BERTopic, alongside with traditional methods like Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Non-Negative Matrix Factorization, to conduct unsupervised topic modeling and visualization for online communities
Previously, I investigated extensively into the domain of explainable medical imaging, entailing comprehensive study and analysis of eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) applications within the healthcare sector. This involved creating visualizations and elucidating complex medical data in a transparent and interpretable manner
I have been a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the courses CS115, CS240, and CS445/645.
