A PhD candidate in sustainability management with focus on climate change and global security. In my research I address the impact of climate change and natural disasters on vulnerable populations and communities in developing countries. My contribution is to explore how the private sector and multinationals from the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector can provide mitigation and/or adaptation solutions through emergency response and disaster relief actions using their different corporate social responsibility programs.
