These guidelines are available from the Graduate Studies Office (GSO) and include information on registration status, timing of leaves, financial support, benefits, resumption of studies and bursary information. Applications for Graduate Student Maternity or Adoption Bursaries are also available from the GSO. Students are strongly advised to consult the Interim Parental Leave Advisor (E. Garner, Graduate Awards Co-ordinator, extension 2841, egarner@uwaterloo.ca) in the GSO at an early stage in the planning.
