Title

Impulsive Switched Neutral Systems with Time Delay

Abstract

We investigate the general impulsive switched neutral systems, which arises in various applied areas of science and engineering, such as control theory, physics, and biology. Impulsive switched neutral systems have a broad and profound research significance owing to their rich dynamics and applications. However, due to the technical difficulties of dealing with the neutral type time delay systems, the current results in this field are very limited.

So far, we define and investigate the stability of a type of homogeneous neutral systems with fixed impulsive time and a state-dependent switching rule. Based on the common Lyapunov function method, a stability criteria is established for linear impulsive switched neutral differential equations. In particular, it finds out that the effects of impulses and switching could stabilize unstable neutral systems.
