Erica Refling

Erica is one of the Undergraduate Career Services managers. Prior to this role, she was a undergraduate career advisor with a special focus on career planning.

Erica holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Business (Psychology) from the University of Waterloo as well as a Master of Science and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Social-Personality Psychology from Queen’s University.
