Temporary storage

Central Stores offers dry storage space for University of Waterloo property including boxed record retention, short-term equipment storage (2 years), item storage during faculty sabbaticals (1 year) and storage for departmental items during renovations (4-6 weeks). Please complete a Temporary Storage form (#89-2155) and mail it to the following:

Record retention:

All other storage requests:
Brad Vogt (x36305) - Central Stores, ECH

Note:
1. Office furniture and related supplies will not be stored for future use. These items should be re-assigned or released as surplus.
2. Storage space is limited and requests for storage may be denied.
