Feb 13 2012 New! Town & Gown Intern position now open

The primary function of the Town & Gown Intern is to complete a comprehensive review of existing Town and Gown models, both inside and outside of Canada. Specifically, the focus of this review is to identify models that illustrate "best practice" with respect to the function, mandate and governance of successful Town and Gown committees.

Feb 1 2012 INCOMING FIRST-YEARS: the Residence Community Ranking Form is now open!

As a first-year student, you’re guaranteed a place in one of our on-campus residences for two 4-month terms: either fall 2012 and winter 2013, or fall 2012 and spring 2013, depending on your academic stream.

Your non-refundable deposit payment and Residence Community Ranking Form must be submitted by the deadline of 11:59 pm, Eastern Daylight Time, Friday, June 1, 2012 in order for your space to be guaranteed.

Looking for the convenience, safety, and community of living on campus? Our residences are located within a 10 - 15 minute walk to the centre of campus where you can enjoy the benefits of living in residence.

Note: the fall 2012 application is now online! Rooms will be offered out first-come; first-served. Availability: two-term contracts for fall 2012 / spring 2013 in either UW Place (UWP) or Columbia Lake Village-South (CLV-South).
